Recruiting Coordinator 

Are you a talented Recruiting Coordinator who enjoys being a critical part of the hiring process from beginning to end? Reporting to the Director Talent Acquisition you will be responsible for recruitment scheduling, work on sourcing assignments, interview and screen candidates and be an integral part as we build Symphony AyasdiAI.  

Here you will work with a small team that is focused on finding the best talent for Symphony AyasdiAI.  You will work alongside some of the worlds smartest people and have opportunity to grow your career.  Utilizing your strong communication and influencing skills you will engage with candidates and leaders to provide a top shelf candidate experience.  This is a great opportunity for a real looking to broaden their experience and work with some of the smartest minds in the world. 


  • Work closely with Director Talent Acquisition to define the processes and deliver on overall recruiting strategy
  • Manage and own entire interview scheduling process for all interviews with a focus on providing a world class candidate experience and company branding
  • Source candidates by using databases and social media
  • Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters
  • Conduct phone, Zoom and/or in-person interviews
  • Prepare new hire paperwork ensuring legislation requirements are met
  • Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
  • Other administrative duties as needed


  • Proven work experience as a Recruiting coordinator including the ability to source candidates and assist with other recruiting activities
  • Excellent scheduling, communication and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
  • Support recruiting team in KPI and metrics reporting
  • Partner with TA, HRBP’s, and stakeholders to plan and run recruiting events
  • Assist with new hire onboarding
  • Good overall knowledge of HR policies and best practices
  • Ability to source candidates creatively
  • Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks
  • Ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g. structured, competency based and behavioral) is a plus
  • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree (degree required) in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field is a plus
